A retainer to refresh the agreed board each month, print the run, and keep the headline sheet honest when a new chart tries to creep in.
Once an Executive KPI Board exists, someone still has to pull the figures after each close, reset the rules, and stop well-meaning managers from sliding extra charts into the annex. That is this retainer.
You send the close extracts by an agreed hour. We update the headline sheet and department leaves, mark any figure that broke its source rule, and print the circulation run. The secretary receives the boxes the day before the meeting, not the morning of.
The retainer does not reopen the original design. A new legal entity, a merger, or a change of chair is a fresh sitting, billed apart. We will refuse a chart that has no owner even if a director asks by email the night before — that refusal is part of what you pay for.
From 2,200 GEL a month for a single entity already on our board, with a three-month minimum so the first quarter is not a trial in disguise. Printing inside Tbilisi is included up to twenty copies. Start this only after a first board exists; we will not retain a pack we did not compose.
