Facilitated briefing
A half-day in the room: we walk the headline sheet, keep the annex in its place, and stop the meeting from drowning in workings.
Some chairs want the compositor in the room the first time a new board is tabled. Ana Beridze takes that half-day. She does not present a theatre. She names each headline figure, points to the leaf behind it, and holds the annex shut until someone asks a question that actually lives there.
The sitting is three hours. We arrive early to lay the packs. We leave when the chair moves to any other business; we do not stay for strategy items that are not on our pages.
This briefing assumes a Panelmatrixbase board already exists. We will not facilitate another firm’s export. If your first board is still in draft, the hour at the first meeting is already included in the flagship commission. Book this page for later meetings, for a finance committee that wants a slower walk, or for a new independent director who missed the original sitting.
950 GEL for a half-day in Tbilisi. Outside the city, travel is billed at cost. Cancel with more than two working days’ notice and the fee is returned; later than that, the half-day is held.
