Flagship commission
Executive KPI Board
A commissioned headline sheet, department leaves, and annex — the five or seven figures a chair can open with, bound for a named meeting.
Who it is for
Finance directors, chairs, and company secretaries who already produce management accounts and still watch the room lose the thread. Typical clients are manufacturers, trading houses, and professional firms in and around Tbilisi whose packs have grown by annex rather than by design. If you have no monthly close, this commission is too early; start with a metric audit instead.
The result
Directors receive a bound pack they can finish. Page one carries the headline figures — usually five, never more than seven — with a short note on each variance. Behind that sit department leaves in a single visual grammar, then a numbered annex for anyone who wants the workings. The debate starts on the headline, not on a hunt through exports.
Scope
The first board covers one legal entity, one reporting calendar, and the meeting named in the briefing. We will map up to four departments onto leaves. Group consolidations, bilingual packs, and extra entities are scoped as a rider, not assumed.
Included
- A half-day sitting to hear which questions the last meeting never reached
- Source checks on every candidate figure (two independent extracts, or it does not earn a column)
- Draft headline sheet and department leaves, marked in red ink with you
- A printed run for the directors on the circulation list, plus a paginated PDF for those who join by line
- A one-page note for the secretary on how to refresh the figures next month
Excluded
Live connections into ledgers, overnight automated refresh, and software licences. We do not sit as interim finance staff. We do not write the minutes. Charts that exist only to decorate a slide are left out.
Who does the work
Nino Kalandadze, principal compositor, leads the sitting and signs the headline sheet. Giorgi Tsereteli checks sources against the close. Ana Beridze attends the first meeting at which the new pack is tabled, if you want a facilitator in the room — that hour is part of this commission, not a separate booking, provided it falls in Tbilisi on a working day.
Process
- You send the last three packs, the chart of accounts, and the date of the next board.
- We sit — on Kazbegi Avenue or at your table — and cut the candidate list.
- A proof goes to the finance director only. Red ink comes back within five working days.
- We print, bind, and courier. The secretary receives the refresh note the same afternoon.
Duration and place
Four to six weeks from the sitting to the printed run, provided the close is not itself late. Work is done at Level 11, 61 Kazbegi Avenue, and on client premises in Georgia. We do not take first boards for meetings less than three weeks away.
Preparation
Have the last close signed. Name one owner for each department leaf. Tell us who may see drafts; we will not email working files to the full circulation list.
Constraints
We will not invent a figure that the ledger cannot support. Seasonal businesses must say so at the sitting, or the year-to-date columns will mislead. If two directors cannot agree which cash figure is canonical, the commission pauses until they do — the pause is not billed, the restart sitting is.
Price
Quoted after the sitting. Most first boards for a single Georgian entity fall between 6,400 and 12,000 GEL, depending on department count and whether the accounts arrive in one language. Printing and courier inside Tbilisi are included; runs beyond twenty copies are charged at cost. See Rates for how we quote.
Next step
Write to the studio with the date of the meeting and a copy of the pack you currently circulate. We reply within two working days and offer a sitting inside a fortnight.
