What a board costs to compose
Prices below are a guide in Georgian lari, excluding VAT where it applies. A first Executive KPI Board is always quoted after we have seen your last three packs. We do not publish a single sticker price because department count, language, and the state of the close change the hours.
A letter naming which figures deserve a column, and which pages the last meeting never opened. One hour to walk the finance director through it.

Sitting, source checks, proof, printed run for the circulation list, paginated PDF, and a refresh note for the secretary. One entity, up to four department leaves.
Typically 6,400–12,000 GEL
Refresh of an agreed board after each close, print, and courier in Tbilisi. Three-month minimum. Only for packs we composed.

What moves a quote
Bilingual packs (Georgian and English on facing pages) add composition time. Extra legal entities add source checks. A close that arrives in a dozen mismatched extracts adds a day of sorting, which we will flag before we start rather than bury in a surprise. Printing beyond twenty copies is charged at the press’s invoice.
What we do not bill like
There is no monthly login fee, no annual “seat,” and no discount for paying a year in advance of work we have not done. Deposits are 40 percent of the quoted first board, due before the sitting; the balance is due on delivery of the printed run. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
