Tell us the date of the next board and what you currently circulate. If you can attach or describe the pack — page count, who writes it, where it always stalls — we arrive at the sitting already briefed.

The desk is read on working days. You should have a first reply within two working days, and a sitting offered inside a fortnight unless the diary is full, in which case we will say so plainly.
